Message: Called them to do annual furnace maintenance. I don’t mind people showing up early, but not so much when the appointment is 8am. The only good I can say is the gentleman who showed up was very friendly and knew what he was doing. However, I don’t feel like I should be paying nearly 300 bucks for what I’ve had done by other companies for 100 or less. Fool me once. Never again.

Message: Heating was on the fritz a few weeks back and after trying to troubleshoot it myself I determined it was probably something out of my capability and gave Merkel a call. Turns out it was my thermostat. From the time I called until having my heat back on was just an hour and a half! Fast, high-quality service and he was even nice to my annoying dog. If I have another Plumbing/Heating problem I know who to call to get the job done right.
